Depression: Link with anxiety attack

Anxiety attacks are commonly part of depression. Anxiety is one of the most common symptoms that are experienced by people with depression. Many people who have anxiety attacks do not know that whether this is a part of depression or not. But in most of the cases, anxiety attacks and depression have a link and some common symptoms. It is also vital to use behavioral therapy as well as talk therapy in treatment of anxiety and depression. People who are patients of mild depression do not have the problem of anxiety attacks.
