He may become prone to early physical and mental exertion along with persistent feelings of hopelessness, helplessness, fear, anxiety and fear.

Clinical depression often impacts one’s ability to concentrate even on trivial issues. He is on the other hand highly influenced by the feelings of self mutilation and seeks ways to commit suicide and end his life.
